Renew Your License: Temporary
Temporary licenses may not be renewed online, as additional documentation may be required depending on the practitioner type. Please follow the instructions below to request renewal of your Temporary license.
Audiologist & Speech-Language Pathologist
- Pay the renewal fee through the Miscellaneous Payment page
- Once payment is received, staff will manually renew the license for an additional 6 months. The license may only be held for a total of one year.
- You will be notified of the renewal via email with a copy of your new license card.
Dispensing Audiologist & Hearing Aid Specialist
Dispensing Audiologists and Hearing Aid Specialists holding a Temporary license while completing the required dispensing exams may not renew the license without proof of effort/progress toward exam completion.
- Email the Board proof of either:
- A passing score on the Written ILE Dispensing Examination, OR
- Documentation that you are scheduled to sit for the Written ILE Dispensing Examination.
- Once approved, pay the renewal fee through the Miscellaneous Payment page.
- Once payment is received, staff will manually renew the license for an additional 6 months. The license may only be held for a total of one year.
- You will be notified of the renewal via email with a copy of your new license card.
