Please note that during the renewal process, you may elect to convert your active license to inactive status and pay a lesser renewal fee if you do not intend to actively practice. Should you later choose to convert back to Active status, please contact the Board office to make the request.
All sections of the application are mandatory and must be completed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will be denied.

The Board is working to develop a Jurisprudence Exam that is proposed to be required for renewals and all new applicants beginning in 2023. To prepare, we have developed an OPTIONAL exam, and encourage all new applicants and renewing licensees to test their knowledge of our practice laws and regulations.
